This isn’t one of my better photos, but it’s hard to take artistic shots of what is, essentially, mess… isn’t it? The photo shows the sinkful of debris after I finished making Mars Bar Cheesecake this evening. It’s my all-time favourite cheesecake, and mum asked for it for her birthday cake, so I had an excuse to make it! The only problem is all the dishes…

I have been rather busy today, out and about and enjoying the sunshine. I just never seemed to have time to grab my camera, though. I took mum to town in the wheelchair today (to avoid lots of walking), and it’s always awesome to see how helpful and polite people can be! Everyone goes out of their way to give you right of way, and to move any obstruction or hold the door. A morning in town with the wheelchair always leaves me smiling!

We had afternoon tea outside in the back yard, and I got all energetic and washed the car. I think I even managed to get a little sunbrowned! It’s almost indecent, the enjoyment I get from this weather! Now, I better go tackle these dishes…
