Boy with a Balloon
This is a sketch I made a week or so ago, when I was experimenting with the style. I’ve made several since, but this is the one that really worked. The colours and the extra props (like… grass) help make it, I think. I like it a lot, anyway,and I keep sneaking a look at it to reassure myself that if I just keep practising, I might get there yet. Wherever ‘there’ is.

oooo I like the addition of the grass since the last time I saw it…I swear it didn’t have grass then but maybe I am just going crazy!

Lisa: it had grass, but it was partially covered by the start bar when it was on my desktop. That’s all!

I have this saved on my comp. I adore the art style so much, i love that red balloon, lol!
