Day 11 – Favourite Word
This word is magical. It conjures up all sorts of images in which belly buttons, umbilical cords and umbrellas feature in a chimeral kind of way. It’s a word that is quite unlike many others which we use on a day-to-day basis, and that makes it special and gives it a certain sparkle, an indistinct allure. When you say it aloud, it rolls around your tongue before spilling off and chuckling a little in your ears.
Right… so it’s a pretty cool word. But you know what’s even cooler? An umbelliferous rhinoceros! That just takes it to a whole new level! So I drew one. Enjoy!
