Day 15 – Something You Don’t Like
I changed this subject from ‘Something You Hate’, but really, I should have left it. I hate this.
Used Teabags. Especially on the sink. Our kettle is right next to the sink, so nearly everyone who makes a cup of tea with a bag leaves it there. They only have to turn around to put them in the bin, or open a cupboard door to put them in the compost bucket. They could even put them in the little dish labelled ‘tea bags’ that sits next to the kettle! But no, they end up on the sink.
In response to my (polite) ranting, people say, ‘Oh, but I could use it again next time!’
But you don’t. People rarely have a second cup of tea before the tea bag is dried out, unappetising and possibly fly-trodden. It’s an economical gesture that never gets beyond an idea, and it drives me mad. Please, bin your tea bags!

This is hilarious! I love it… I am a culprit in tea-bag-sink-leaving and Nathan is forever telling me off and saying “the bin is right behind you!” … (I even have a little teabag holder thing too…) Oh dear…
