Fairy-in-Progress Mk II
This morning I woke up, looked at la Faerie, and decided she was too incredibly zombie-crossed with window dresser’s model to be anything but slightly spooky, and started a mission to make her more interesting. This is the result. Click to see a bigger version. I’ve spent all day working on her, and just got her to the stage where I can start colouring! much yay!! No proper blog again tonight, because I really, really, want to get her finished!

Maybe I should reiterate… I SPENT ALL DAY drawing this. It is my consciousness at the moment, and if you disregard or otherwise brush it off, I *will* cry. just sayin’.

She be Symmetrical, Wings, Boobs, Body, face. Makes her look good but also gives the “to perfect” “angel” type of look. I like, but the crossed legs make it look like she need to pee

Oh, good. Just smack down everything that I really like about her. =P
The crossed legs at least make her look like she’s not a petrified zombie. And she ain’t that symmetrical… her hips are skewed, her arms are different, her ears are minisculely not the same… heh, ok, so it’s a stretch, but she’s a lot less perfect than the first attempt, right? Hand-drawing is so much nicer for the imperfect touch, like the Sie pictures.
