Monochrome Monday – Fruits of Labour
Just a quick post tonight – this photo is from the trip to the cemetery that I made with Lisa. This was one of the more majestic grave markers in the old part of the graveyard, despite it’s missing arm and mottled cement.

The arm and worn cement is what makes in so majestic and cool! It gives the angel something more than being a generic angel statue in a graveyard.
It’s interesting how society looks at disabilities/loss like it’s a bad thing that detracts from the individual’s self worth, and not something that makes it unique and adds something new, (not totally relevant to this topic, just what went through my head).
