Mooning About
It’s not a great photo, but I took this one from the back porch of my sister’s house in Ringarooma. It’s a time delay shot, which accounts for the lack of clarity, and I was tripodless. Nevertheless, I think it’s the most successful photo like this that I’ve ever taken. There’s something special about sitting outside here in the dark, warm breeze blowing your hair, no lights except the moon, no noise except the crickets and a few chickens settling in to sleep… it’s always the perfect time to think quiet little glossy thoughts about nothing in particular. And slap mosquitoes.

This photo is awesome, Im not really sure what it is but I just find it interesting, maybe the fact that its supposed to be night time yet the moon looks as bright as the sun
