Sharing Sunday!
Today is soggy, sad, steeped tea and sown oats, sixties songs, the seventh month. Today is Sunday sharing!
(I was going to do the alliteration for a week and see how it went… forgot all about it.)
Today is time to share:
A thought: A determined person will do more with a pen and paper, than a lazy person will accomplish with a personal computer. – Catherine Pulsifer (I’ve got back-to-school on the brain… all those handwritten notes for lectures… groan! I guess I just have to be determined.)
A promise: Starting Monday, every blog entry for the day will be posted at 12:01a.m. That means, whenever you decide to check in there should be something new!
A goal: To get at least twenty ‘likes’ on my collective posts through the week. Help me out with this one, please? All you have to do is hit the ‘like’ button at the botto of each post if you do!
A moment: A squeaky harmonica, three out-of-tune voices, half the words and a very old songbook, in a lounge room, by the heater. Best fun I’ve had with *cough* older *cough* people in ages!
A website: PostSecret – Sunday Secrets.
People all around the world mail their secrets in on one side of a post card. From the hundreds received every day, a few are selected and posted here each week… usually about halfway through our Sunday. They can be scary, sad, funny or downright confusing – and they could so easily be one of yours. I like to figure out which one each week I can most relate to. (be warned, they aren’t all G rated)
This week there are a few comments about using the counter to see how many people were reading the page at the same time as you… I tried it, and 1055 people were reading these secrets with me! That’s pretty amazing, really.
And lastly, A Photo:

Aw, this was a really quality post. In theory I’d like to write like this too – taking time and real effort to make a good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done.
