This was a quick snapshot that I managed to sneak during my niece’s birthday last week, which I’ve edited up to make it a little more formal. She has just turned six, and her birthday party was a Mad Hatter’s tea party. Naturally, she was Alice. She did look unusually sweet in her long, sparkly pink dress, and this rare moment when she’s not grimacing horribly in a ‘smile’ for the camera is quite amazing!
